Who We Are
The table is where every event begins.
On Call Events is a table rental company at heart. Round tables, banquet tables, cocktail highboys and the fan-back chairs to match — delivered clean, level and on schedule.
Need shade? Our 10×20 and 20×40 canopy tents keep the celebration going in any weather. And every table can arrive dressed: our in-house collection of cloths, runners and sashes is included with your setup, so the look is finished the moment we leave.

A starting point for seating, whichever table you prefer. Tell us your guest count and we’ll work out the exact list with you.

One chair per guest, and cocktail highboys sit on top of this — they’re standing-height, for mingling rather than seating. Not sure at all — put your guest count in the quote form and we’ll do the math.

Every table arrives finished. Cloths, runners and sashes from our in-house collection come with your setup — they are not an extra line on the quote, and you never handle one.
