Welcome to On Call Events. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your rental of our equipment — tables, chairs, canopy tents, linens, and related items (“Equipment”). By using this website or renting from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes and Reservations

Quotes provided through our website or by email are estimates and are not binding until confirmed by us in writing. Availability is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed and deposit is recieved. Prices are subject to change until confirmation.

2. Payment, Deposits, and Cancellations

3. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup

We deliver, set up, and pick up Equipment at the address and times agreed in your reservation. You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the setup site and for obtaining any permissions required for the location (for example, park or venue permits). 4. Care of Equipment

From delivery until pickup, you are responsible for the Equipment. Please do not move canopy tents once installed, expose linens to open flame, or leave Equipment unsecured. Normal cleaning is included; excessive soiling, burns, tears, wax, or other damage may incur cleaning or replacement charges at [YOUR RATES / REPLACEMENT COST].

5. Weather and Safety

Canopy tents are temporary structures intended for fair-weather use. In high winds, lightning, or severe weather, tents must be evacuated. We reserve the right to refuse or delay installation when conditions are unsafe. [STATE YOUR WEATHER/RAIN-DATE POLICY.]

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Call Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the rental or use of Equipment. The 3D “Setup Studio” and other visualizations are for planning purposes; actual Equipment appearance and dimensions may vary slightly.

8. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep inventory, colors, and dimensions on this site accurate, but errors happen and inventory changes. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law
