Accessibility Statement

On Call Events is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What We’ve Done

  • Keyboard access: every control on the site — navigation, linen filters, and the 3D Setup Studio — can be operated with a keyboard. A “Skip to main content” link is available as the first focusable element on every page, and keyboard focus is clearly visible.
  • 3D Setup Studio: the 3D preview can be rotated with the arrow keys and zoomed with the + and − keys. Your current selection is announced to screen readers as it changes, and every option (table style, linen, color, counts) is a labeled button.
  • Reduced motion: if your device is set to “reduce motion,” decorative animations — including the fabric animation on the home page — are turned off or minimized.
  • Color and contrast: text colors meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, and color swatches carry text labels for screen readers so color is never the only way information is conveyed.
  • Structure: pages use proper landmarks, a logical heading order, and descriptive labels on forms (with autocomplete support) so assistive technology can navigate the site.

Known Limitations

The 3D visualizations are decorative/planning aids; all information they convey (item types, dimensions, colors, and counts) is also available as text on the page. If you find any content that is only available visually, please tell us and we will fix it.
